Auction Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID. Registration is required inside prior to the start of the auction.
- Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are sold as-is, with no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the ability to obtain a title.
- Payment:
- All sales are cash only at the time of purchase, unless the bidder has a pre-approved account.
- Bidders paying with a credit card through an account will be charged a 4% convenience fee in addition to the final bid price.
- Removal of Vehicles:
- All vehicles must be removed from the premises no later than 5:00 PM on the Wednesday following the auction.
- Any vehicles remaining after this deadline will be subject to a storage fee of $25 per day.
- Transport: All purchased vehicles must be hauled off the property. Towing services are available for an additional fee.
